Greenway Retreat Holiday Home is a located right beside the Western Greenway and 2.6km from Newport in County Mayo. The Western Greenway is a world class 42km cycling and walking trail, passing by some of Ireland’s most dramatic mountains with magnificent views over Clew Bay and its many islands.
This spacious holiday home is perfect base for an active family or group getaway with friends. Hire a bike locally or bring your own, with the Western Greenway running right by the front gate of this gorgeous holiday home you and your guests will have a very enjoyable outdoor holiday. Cycle into the vibrant town of Newport with ease in 9 minutes or head west towards Achill Island (36km) and stop off in Mulranny (15km) on route.

- Bedroom 4: two double sleeping 4
- Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

Outside this spacious holiday home is a large lawned garden, perfect for children to play and great for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent mountain views.

Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €20 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of 150 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Internet access:
Please note there is no Internet access within the property.
4. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).
