Greenway Retreat Holiday Home is a bright and spacious holiday accommodation that is beautifully furnished throughout. This is a unique holiday accommodation with the living quarters located on the first floor, allowing guests to really enjoy the spectacular countryside views of County Mayo throughout their stay. This seaside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeping 10 guests comfortably:

Property layout – Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2
- Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2
- Bedroom 4: two double sleeping 4
- Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €20 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of 150 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Internet access:
Please note there is no Internet access within the property.

4. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).
