The cottage was a brilliant location, 5 minute stroll to the aquarium, harbour area, supermarket and restaurants/ bars. Can easily leave the car behind. The cottages are very clean and have everything you require for a comfortable stay. Lovely bathrooms and kitchens with comfortable seating areas.
    There was a lovely atmosphere with children happily playing on the green spaces of the cottages.
    Will be looking forward to my next stay and happily recommend to all.

    Hair dryer was not in the cottage but was provided when we saw a member of staff in the area. For people travelling from abroad this should be provided in all cottages. No detailed inventory of what was in the cottage ie plates/pans/cutlery- some of the utensils were very tired.


    The visibility of the electricity meter put a dampener on the stay, keeping an eye on what we had left on the meter was a daily occurrence. For the rental rate paid it should include electricity without limits- a card system like in a hotel could work where the lights and other items go out when the guest leaves the property.

There were rabbits out the back every day which the kids loved to see. The amazing view of DIngle Harbour from the cottages, being able to sit outside and look at the sea and Eask Tower across the harbour. Great to get the discount through Trident on some local attractions to0. Nobody wanted to go home!

The accommodation was so clean and comfortable, which was perfect for those rainy evenings to just chill inside. Deirdre was so helpful and straight back with any communication.     When our original booking was cancelled because of flooding, Trident made it a seamless process by pre-booking a great alternative for us. For our purposes it actually was in a better location, so we were very happy with the service.

    The fridge is too small for a house for six self-catering and could do with upgrading. The dishwasher could also do with upgrading - shelves/cutlery container kept getting stuck. For self-catering some more serving utensils would have been great.

    The upstairs bathroom as a shared bathroom was not practical with the door to the double bedroom - there was no soundproofing at all, so if anyone else used the bathroom the occupants in the double room were disturbed. Not an instant fix, but perhaps replace the ensuite door with a wall at some point.

    Houses were cold when we moved in. While the heating was set and we did arrive a little earlier than planned, the beds were a bit damp on the first night due to the cold.

    I can assure you that we take your comments very seriously indeed as we rely on feedback from the clients staying in the holiday homes to advise when something is wronghas broken down. We have been in the business of letting holiday homes now since 1986 and enjoy excellent repeat business. We know that we must strive at all times to deliver excellent standards both in our customer care and accommodation standards.

    We are certainly taking your comments on board and will, where possible, make adjustments. I truly hope you will return to us in the future to give us the opportunity to redeem our reputation with you as a holiday company.
