Outside, a spacious garden awaits with a trampoline, swings, sandbox, toys and even a pirate ship. During warm summer days, the outdoor swimming pool provides plenty of fun and refreshment (available during the summer season depending on local weather conditions, and always open during the summer holidays). The cosy terrace with barbecue and fire pit creates the perfect setting for long summer evenings. In addition, you can relax all year round in the heated hot tub with whirlpool function.

Winter also turns this villa into a fantastic holiday destination. Cross-country ski trails begin directly behind the house, while children can enjoy sledging and tobogganing on the property itself. Popular ski resorts such as Černý Důl, Janské Lázně, Herlíkovice and Benecko are all within easy reach. With sufficient snowfall, it is even possible to ski or ski-tour down from Černá hora back towards the villa. After a day in the snow, ski boots can be dried comfortably using the electric ski boot dryer.

The surrounding area offers countless opportunities for excursions and adventure throughout the year. Enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling routes through the mountains, visit the famous Treetop Walkway Stezka korunami stromů, discover waterfalls and panoramic viewpoints or unwind in the wellness facilities of Janské Lázně.
