Description
Each house is divided into three apartments, each with two bedrooms and a private bathroom:
- Bedrooms: One room with a double bed and a pull-out bed, one room with two single beds.
- Beds: A total of 12 fixed beds, 1 extra bed, and 2 cots.
- Bathrooms: Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
The homes are modernly furnished and offer all the comfort you need. There are two fully equipped kitchens with ceramic cooktops, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishes, cookware, kettle, and dishwasher, so everyone can cook at the same time without waiting. The spacious living areas are cozy and feature seating areas and an open fireplace for warm winter evenings or relaxing moments with the family.
Outside, you can enjoy a large garden and a terrace with furniture, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful valley views. For children, there is a safe play area, and in house KZA280-SO, there is even a sandbox. There are also plenty of opportunities for sports: a tennis court, a shared heated pool, and lots of space to play or relax in the open nature.
The location is ideal for both summer and winter holidays. Only 70 meters away, you will find a child-friendly ski slope with multiple runs, a ski lift for beginners, ski school, and ski and snowboard rental. In summer, you can explore the nearby Krkonoše National Park on foot or by bike, or enjoy active excursions such as climbing, mountain biking, or cultural day trips in the area. Day trips to Trutnov, Dvůr Králové, Hradec Králové, Janské Lázně, Pec pod Sněžkou, and even Prague are also easily possible.
Both houses are perfect for families or groups: there is free Wi-Fi, parking directly at the house, and plenty of space for ski and bike storage. For the little ones, cots and high chairs are provided, and the outdoor area is safely designed for children. Pets are welcome, so no one has to be left behind during your holiday.

Před naším příjezdem probíhala skvělá komunikace s paní Davidovou. Vše bylo tak jak jsme se domluvili, Chalupy jsou krásné, plně vybavené, čisté. Strava ve vedlejší restauraci byla dobrá, milý a úslužný personál. Rádi přijedeme s dětmi znovu. see more

Chatu jsme vybrali na poslední chvíli kvuli jinde zrušenému ubytovani. Komunikace byla od zacatku skvělá, rychla, vstricna. Chata je krasna a perfektně vybavena, jeli jsme se skupinou ruzne starych deti a nechybelo nam vubec nic. Budeme jezdit opakovsee more

Het huisje was echt prachtig. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Groot en schoon en helemaal volledig. Alles, maar ook echt alles was aanwezig. Van toiletpapier tot aan zout, vuilniszakken, theedoeken enzo. Er ontbrak echt helemaal niets. Super fijn dat eersee more

De sleutels lagen in het huisje en de deur was open.
