This unique and exquisite 9-bedroom villa is made up of two separate units connected with a large terrace inbetween and accessable from both villas. It has various floors - a semi-basement, ground level, and a large rooftop terrace - with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The property is located 1,8 km from the lovely beach stretches of Calahonda/Riviera del Sol.
The owners' decorating talents have transformed this unit into a stunning and inviting space, perfect for a memorable holiday or a successful corporate retreat.
This over 500 m2 building presents numerous open-plan lounges, two fully-equipped kitchens, two guest bathrooms, one private (heated*) pool, and two laundry rooms outfitted with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
All nine bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms are provided with floor heating, Nine bathrooms have a shower, sink, and toilet. One bathroom has an additional bathtub.

The owner has provided a gym with state-of-the-art equipment for athletic visitors.

The villa(s) are extremely nice, very practical for larger groups like ours was (13 people). There is a choice of getting together indoors and outdoors as well. The design is modern, Scandinavian/minimalist, everything is new and trendy, a lot of attention to details, we liked it very much. The equipment in both villas are very good. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. Frederikke and Marika have been very efficient with the check-in and check-out. We highly recommend the place.

Vi var derudover meget begejstret for beliggenheden med flot havudsigt på en helt ugeneret placering. Servicen omkring lejen har også været i top så en stor anbefaling af espana holiday herfra.
