Description
This high-end villa is located only 2 km from Costa del Sol’s best beach. This home is completely refurbished in luxurious style with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The plot of this villa is 1390m2. There is a terrace on the first floor, a covered terrace on the ground floor.
Through the main door, you will enter a spacious hallway with direct access to the beautiful and bright dining area. To the right, you find a fantastic living with big screen TV and all necessary HIFI equipment.
Passing the dining area you have access to the terrace to your right with dining table for 4 and lounge area for 8 persons. The views from the terrace are amazing and surroundings are very peaceful.
The kitchen is a dream for all of those who love cooking. It is a more than a well-fitted kitchen with not less than 2 builds in ovens and a cooker and an America refrigerator/freezer.
From the kitchen, you have access to a little terrace for morning coffees.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms with all en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet.
The spacious master bedroom has a double bed 1.80 * 2.00 with semi walk in closets. From this bedroom you have direct access to the ground floor terrace with dining area for 6 persons a garden area with private (heated*) pool, a Jacuzzi and sun beds for absolute relaxation.
The other bedrooms have double beds 180 * 200.
From this garden & pool area, you go further down to a little football field for the small ones to tumble around. The whole premise is a closed area.
The El Rosario area is located 5 km east of Marbella. It is an area where you can experience the life of happy holiday guests though without the noisiness of inner city Marbella/Puerto Banus. These cities are within 7-12 minutes drive, were discotheques, bars, high-end designer shops are widely represented.
Prices are based on 6 persons.
*Heated pool only low season.
Heated pool & Jacuzzi:
Pool heating between 1 October - 31 May. An additional cost of Euro 200 is due upon arrival. Inform the office.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is
Euro 30 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. Ask the office.

Very private setting, you feel like living in a friend's house, and you do not notice the hassle of high-season rush at the Costa del Sol. We have also experienced that the landlord is very helpful and was always available by phone for questions/small issues. Also booking experience and customer support by Espana Holiday was very good. Overall: A great and wonderful experience, we can recommend this villa!

The villa itself was really well decorated and provided everything you would need. You could tell the house was a project of love from the small details throughout the house to make the stay so comfortable. The pool is perfect size and temperature! Tsee more

We had the best possible one week holiday in this beautiful villa. We were 5 people in total (2 children) and found the villa very spacious and well equipped. The pool area was just amazing with huge heated pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and a big outdoor ksee more
We had the best possible one week holiday in this beautiful villa. We were 5 people in total (2 children) and found the villa very spacious and well equipped. The pool area was just amazing with huge heated pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and a big outdoor kitchen/ bbq area. The outdoor area provided full privacy and kids just loved to spend their days around the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and each of them had their own bathroom. Also kitchen was really well equipped and we didn't miss anything during our stay. The location was great and close to everything. You need your own car though to get around. There was a good grocery store, a bakery and two great restaurants nearby. A special thanks goes to the landlord who was most helpful with the few requests we had during our stay. Also the booking process via Espana-holiday.com worked well and all questions were answered promptly. I can warmly recommend this villa and we hope we have a chance to return one day for another holiday.

Verkligen ett hus som lever upp till bilder och beskrivning! Ägaren tog emot vid ankomst och visade runt vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Huset ligger fantasktiskt på en höjd med helt underbar utsikt. Vill också passa på att tacka uthyrningsfirman Espansee more

Fick alltid svar direkt på våra mail etc. och vid ankomst fanns det en pärm med info om huset men även bra tips med kartor på både utflykter men även till affärer o dyl. Skulle gärna hyra huset igen!
