For a moment of pure coziness, you can relax by the wood-burning stove in the living room or the smaller stove in the study. From the panoramic glass living room, you can enjoy views of the forest and the pool, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a carefree stay.

The villa has five bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, one bathroom with a bathtub in the master bedroom, and three toilets. Air conditioning in all first-floor bedrooms and the panoramic living room ensures comfort even on warm summer days.

Children will find their own paradise in the playroom, filled with books, games, and even a home cinema option. Outside, they can play table tennis, try archery, or enjoy the large garden with old fruit trees and a gate leading directly into the forest.
