Description
The house accommodates up to 12 guests (plus extra sleeping options), spread over three spacious bedrooms. The interior is both stylish and rustic, with wooden furniture, comfortable beds, and a lovely blend of tradition and modern comfort. The kitchen is part of the cosy living area, making cooking and dining a shared experience. And yes, of course, there’s good coffee.
What truly makes this house special is the combination of peace, space, and experience. Outside, there’s an additional wooden building with a Finnish sauna — perfect after an active day in the mountains. Children haven’t been forgotten either: in the snug play area under the roof, they can do their own thing while you relax downstairs with a good glass of wine.
And the location? Wonderfully quiet, yet close to everything. In just a few minutes, you’ll be in Janské Lázně or Pec pod Sněžkou for a hike, a cable car ride, or a cup of hot chocolate. In summer, take a dip in one of the nearby lakes; in winter, grab your skis or a sled.
This villa is for those who aren’t just looking for a getaway, but truly want to arrive. In a place where life moves a little slower, and the air is a little fresher.

From the booking date until 91 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 40% of the total price of the rent.

- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day

- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
- Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.35/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.

Das Haus eignet sich gut für zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern. Der Garten bzw. die Rasenfläche ist nicht mehr so groß wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, aber immer noch recht großzügig. Die neue Sauna im Garten wertet das Haus nochmal auf.
