Description
Step inside and you’ll find a bright and stylish living space with large windows, a cosy sitting area with a fireplace, and a dining area where you’ll want to linger long after dinner. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests and features three bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms. But the real wow-factor? Your own private wellness: a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi for five people, and a 3 x 7.5 metre saltwater pool – partially covered, so you can swim from May to September, rain or shine.
Outside, you'll enjoy a spacious garden with two covered terraces. Plenty of privacy, peace and quiet – plus a stone barbecue, sun loungers and even a trampoline for the kids. Or just grab a book and a glass of wine. Do as much or as little as you like.
The location? A peaceful little village near Hostinné, in the foothills of the Giant Mountains. Skiing or cross-country trails are just 11 km away (Mladé Buky), and in summer you’ll find endless opportunities for hiking, biking or golfing. Day trips to Trutnov, the safari park in Dvůr Králové or the baroque gem of Kuks are all within easy reach – and even a quick visit to Poland is well within reach.

From the booking date until 91 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 40% of the total price of the rent.
