Description
Inside, you’ll find three cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The design is warm and modern, with thoughtful details throughout – from the crackling fireplace and comfortable beds to extras like a PlayStation, Wi-Fi throughout the house and a TV in every room.
The large dining table seats up to 12 people – perfect for big breakfasts, board games or long evening chats. In summer, relax on the terrace and enjoy the views. In winter, hit the slopes or explore the trails – a ski bus stops just 100 metres from the house and the cross-country ski trails start only a kilometre away.
There’s also a dedicated room for storing skis, bikes or strollers, including a boot warmer and maintenance space.
Bedřichov is ideal for year-round holidays: hiking, cycling, scenic lookout towers, swimming in a natural pond, or visiting Liberec with its zoo, aquapark and IQ Park – there’s something for everyone.

From the booking date until 91 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 40% of the total price of the rent.

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
- Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.27/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.
