Lough Corrib View Holiday Home is set in an elevated position overlooking Lough Corrib in the heart of Connemara in County Galway. The area surrounding this holiday accommodation is home to some of the most magnificent scenery in Ireland. The quaint villages of Cornamona and Maum are a 4-minute drive away and the well-known village of Leenaun is a 20-minute drive away.
Enjoy magnificent mountain and lake views of Lough Corrib and Castlekirk from this spacious holiday accommodation. Situated in Joyce Country this is a very popular area for lake fishing and hill walking.
Property layout – Ground floor:
- Open plan kitchen and dining room
- Sitting room with TV and cosy open fire
- Utility room with washing machine and separate sink
- Guest WC (located off the utility room)
- Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2
- Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2
- Bedroom 4: twin sleeping 2
- Large bathroom with shower cubicle with electric shower, WC and sink
From the outdoor seating area, you will be treated to delightful views. Relax or dine alfresco after a day exploring the Galway.

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

If you are seeking an idyllic and peaceful holiday retreat then Maum is an ideal holiday destination. This holiday home is situated close to the villages of Maum, Cornamona and Clonbur. In the small villages of Cornamona and Maum you will find a small grocery shop and traditional pub such as Keane's Bar which has been run by The Keane Family since 1969.Things to do in the local area:

Great location with beautiful views and good base to see a lot of of Connemara. Very cosy and pretty accomodation to relax in.

The views were incredible and house was well stocked with clean towels, blankets, extra pillows etc. Very easy to find and lovely location. Property manager was very friendly and helpful.

The only slight improvement I would suggest is to replace the mattresses on the double beds as they were a bit uncomfortable and some guests did have sore backs after sleeping in them.

We love the location and the house layout. Views are amazing. Patrick the owner is a lovely man, gave us great tips on areas to visit. Salthill is a must see as is the towns of Cong and Oughterard. Kids got to feed the lambs with Patrick which they lplus
