Located in a quiet enclave as you enter the pretty seaside village of Dunmore East are Forest Haven Holiday Homes. Our self-catering accommodation in Waterford is close to all of the amenities this lovely fishing village has to offer. This seaside holiday destination in Ireland's Ancient East has a working harbour and two lovely sandy coves, Counsellor’s Strand and Lawlor’s Strand.

Location was perfect. The facilities were basic. We found the television difficult to operate ( TG We didn’t need it) We also had an issue with showers/immersion. Your staff member Brian sorted that for us and followed up to make sure it was OK

A list of how things work, took ages to figure out TV and remotes. Shoot the seagulls - tongue in cheek here. Ireland are now coffee lovers so it would be worth investing in a coffee machine. Advise people coming to know when tide is in, they might consider traveling up coast that day or picking a different time to head down to the sand. |

Overall the place was wonderful and clean. However there were some areas that could be improved for instance the bathrooms. They need to be either cleaned much better or completely redone as there is black mold growing. Also I would change the matplus
