Bunratty West Holiday Village are a cluster of pretty holiday homes located just 900m from the 15th century Bunratty Castle and Folk Park in County Clare. These modern holiday homes are the perfect base for touring both counties Clare and Limerick.
From these ideally located holiday homes, you will be spoilt with the range of outdoor activities and top Irish attractions you can easily reach in counties Clare and Limerick.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
From these ideally located holiday homes, you will be spoilt with the range of outdoor activities and top Irish attractions you can easily reach in counties Clare and Limerick.

We loved the space and open plan of the kitchen dining room. Rooms were a good size too. The photos in the website do not do that justice. We were within walking distance of 3 top restaurants and pubs which were very handy and all with good food and plus

We were within walking distance of 3 top restaurants and pubs which were very handy and all with good food and atmosphere. Its a tourist area but this time of year (Christmas), we sort of had the place to ourselves to share with the friendly locals. Caroline our house supervisor was very accomidating with what we might need and was very warm and friendly. She extended our check out time an extra hour due the the time of year it was so we could pack up items you wouldn't normally take on a holiday break. We will be back for sure and would highly recommend booking here.

Booked three houses for a family staycation in Bunratty Holiday Homes through Trident. Service with Trident was excellent. The Manager of the houses, Francis, was extremely good to deal with, although we hadnt any problems with the properties. If you are looking to visit all the sites in Clare they are a little bit away (say from Cliffs, Ailiwee Caves etc but walking distance to Bunratty Castle which was an amazing day and young and old loved it. Would certainly go back, even with the travel distance to the sites etc.
