        Clifden Townhouse is a luxury holiday home available in Clifden town County Galway. Located in the heart of Clifden town this large 3 bed holiday home has a large balcony to the rear providing wonderful views of Clifden harbour and beyond. 
Explore the Connemara region by day and have all the local bars and restaurants on your doorstep by night, a wonderful base for a self-catering holiday in Connemara.
Property layout – Basement floor:
- Modern kitchen with mini island for entertain and food preparing
- Dining room area with free to air TV
- Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2
- Large balcony area
Property layout –Ground floor:
- Seating area with open fire and views on to Market Street
- Bathroom with WC, sink and shower
- Utility cupboard with washing machine and fryer
- Decked area over looking out over Clifden (to the rear of the sitting room)
Property layout – First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 with multichannel tv
Property layout – Second floor:
- Bedroom 3: two double sleeping 4
On-street parking is available and parking charges apply at certain times of the day. A free public car park or free street parking is available a short distance away from this holiday home.
Wi-Fi and utilities included in the rental fee.

We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Adults only:
Please note this property is not suitable for young children.

       Had a lovely stay at the townhouse in Clifden. Everything about the accommodation was perfect for a family stay in Connemara. Loads of space in the house for a family of four. Perfect location right in the middle of the town for accessing shops and rplus
