    Seacliff Holiday Home No.3 has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably:

    Property layout – Ground floor:
    - Open-plan living area
    - Dining area
    - Kitchen area
    - Bathroom with shower

    Property layout – First Floor :
    - Bedroom 1: queen ensuite bedroom, sleeping 2
    - Bedroom 2: bunk bed, sleeping 2

    Towels are provided.
    Step outside through the patio doors to enjoy dining al fresco or relaxing in the rear lawned garden.
    There is a children’s playground onsite.
    The Lighthouse Bar & Restaurant is located next to this holiday home and provides a wonderful dining experience overlooking the Hook Head and Dunmore East Harbour.

    IMPORTANT NOTES


    1. Heating and Electricity:
    For heating and electricity, a €40 charge will be taken at the time of booking. The property manager will read the meter, and any potential outstanding balance will be paid directly to the property manager.

    2. Security Deposit:
    A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at others, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, this can increase to €500 per property.
