        Clifden Glen Holiday Village (No. 57) is set in a natural environment of mountains and countryside with great views of the Connemara landscape, just 1.5km from the town of Clifden. A pretty holiday home situated in a magnificent natural environment of mountain, meadow and river with spectacular views of the renowned Connemara landscape.  Situated in the heart of Connemara in a unique holiday village with a peaceful riverside setting.
Property layout – Ground floor:
- Living room with wood-burning stove
- Well-equipped kitchen
- Dining room
- Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2
Property layout – First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-sized double sleeping 2
- Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2
- Family bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower
Washing machine & dryer are located beneath the stairs and accessible from the hallway.
There is oil fired central heating downstairs and electric heating upstairs within the property. Patio is accessible from the kitchen and includes outdoor seating.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
