This modern and well finished 2-bedroom apartment sleeps comfortably 4 people:

- Lounge area with comfortable sofa, coffee table, and wall-mounted smart TV with multi-channel services
- Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2

- Bathroom with large shower cubicle (rain showerhead), WC and sink
- Hallway cupboards with a combined washer/dryer and additional storage space
This apartment is electrically heated throughout.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Access is via a ramp to the front door, ensuring easy entry for all guests.
Parking is available on-site for two cars.

The apartment is not suitable for very young children due to its location on a working farm and its proximity to an open coastline.
Smoking and pets are not permitted.

1. Heating and Electricity:
Heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
3. Restrictions:
This property does not accept pets or allow smoking.
