Cashleen Holiday Home is a luxurious self-catering holiday home which has been decorated to a very high standard. Cashleen Holiday Home is a unique holiday home, there is the added bonus of having unrivalled views of the Atlantic Ocean and the stunning Connemara country side from each bedroom window. This is a large 4-bedroom self-catering holiday home sleeping 7 guests comfortably:Property layout – Ground floor:
- Oak kitchen with marble worktops
- Dining room
- Large living with Sky TV, DVD player, stone fireplace and solid fuel stove
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer providing extra storage
- Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: single sleeping 1
- Family bathroom with WC, hand basin, and bath with overhead shower

Double patio glass doors lead out to an outside decking area with seating perfect for alfresco dining. From here the sea and countryside views are even more spectacular, sit back and relax with family and friends whilst you soak up the breath-taking views.
Cot is available on request and towels are provided. This holiday home has Wi-Fi included.
There is strictly a no smoking holiday home.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
