A spacious cottage in a beautiful coastal setting, close to Letterfrack and Connemara National Park. A perfect self-catering holiday home for families, friends, and couples to share.
Ideally situated at Rosleague, close to Letterfrack village and Connemara National Park, the property is just a short drive from all local amenities and attractions. The cottage offers beautiful countryside, woodland, and sea views and boasts large spacious gardens surrounded by woodland, all steeped in nature. The outdoor terrace area is the perfect place to sit, dine, take in the views and and relax in the fine weather.
Property layout – ground floor :
- Bright sunroom with comfortable sofas and chairs
- Large living room with wood burning stove and multi-channel TV
- Spacious dining room seating 6
- Modern kitchen with additional breakfast table seating 4
- Bedroom 1: king-size sleeping 2 ensuite with additional storage room
- Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 with garden, sea views, and ample storage
- Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 with ample closet space and offering countryside views
- Bathroom 1 (adjacent to Bedroom 1) with shower, WC and hand basin
- Bathroom 2 with shower, WC and hand basin
Guests can enjoy the spacious outdoor terrace beside the sun room, which includes outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ. A perfect place to sit, dine, and relax in the fine weather while enjoying the wonderful views.

The property is centrally heated throughout by an electric heating system.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The property may be unsuitable for babies and toddlers, or those with mobility issues, due to internal steps and varying floor levels. There is no baby equipment available at the property.

Parking is available on site for up to three cars.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
