Lough Conn is Ireland's seventh largest lake noted for its trout and salmon fishing making Lough Conn Holiday Home a wonderful base for a fishing holiday in Ireland. Mayo’s scenery ranges from lush green fields to rocky cliffs along part of Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. Explore Clew Bay or the bustling towns of Castlebar, Westport or Newport all within easy reach of Lough Conn Holiday Home.

1. Heating and Electricity:
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €7 per day during the peak season and €10 per day during the off-peak season. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €100 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

The location was fab, very close to all amenities and an excellent place to explore Co Mayo from. Only marked down from a 10 because of the minor issue of no downstairs toilet and Booking.com don't allow 9.5 out of 10. Will use again.

The shower pressure was a bit weak and the house could do with having a second toilet installed downstairs as when there are 4 people staying there was a slight queue issue! The second very minor point is the second double bedroom definitely needs tobekijk meer

Beautiful newly renovated house. Everything was perfect. Cycle storage in garage. Walked to Dolphin hotel for dinner several times and used Post Office cafe for lunches- Al very good. Handy for Ballina. We toured all around Mayo from here and had a gbekijk meer
