BELANGRIJKE OPMERKINGEN
1. Verwarming en Elektriciteit:Dit is een extra toeslag die meestal betaald moet worden aan de Eigenaar/Beheerder van het Pand. In sommige gevallen wordt energie tegen een vast dagelijks tarief of een tarief per eenheid berekend op basis van het verbruik, of moet u een Prepaid-meter bijvullen, terwijl in andere gevallen energiekosten zijn inbegrepen in het tarief dat u hebt betaald. Wij adviseren u om vóór aankomst contact op te nemen met de lokale Eigenaar/Beheerder van het Pand om te controleren hoe dit wordt berekend, of voordat u de boeking maakt.
2. Borg:
Een minimale terugbetaalbare borg van €200 (per woning) moet vóór incheck in uw vakantiewoning aan de lokale Eigenaar/Vastgoedmanager worden betaald. Dit wordt ofwel telefonisch afgenomen door uw creditcard vooraf te autoriseren wanneer u de Vastgoedmanager belt om uw aankomsttijd 48 uur vóór aankomst in te plannen, ofwel wordt het bij aankomst afgenomen. Op bepaalde locaties en op bepaalde tijdstippen van het jaar kan dit tot €500 per woning bedragen.
3. Handdoeken:
Handdoekensets zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar tegen een kleine vergoeding. Neem alstublieft contact op met ons Call Centre of de Property Manager om dit in te regelen (u vindt de contactgegevens van de Property Manager in het document Arrival Info dat u hebt ontvangen bij de definitieve betalingsbevestiging).

Bed in main bedroom is very hard. I would recommend bringing a mattress's topper.
Stairs are very steep and i would have liked a stairs gate at top of stairs as an additional safety feature with a toddler staying.

There is a Mace in Kilkee but Tesco and Aldi are in Kilrush (15mins away) for a bigger shop.

You need to provide baby gates for the stairs, even if you charge a rental for them. We had to put the base of a cot and a chest of drawers up against the top of the stairs at night time, so our toddler wouldn't fall down. It was honestly a fire hazabekijk meer

Spacious houses in Moore bay. Basic but very clean. Incredibly helpful staff. Slightly too far outside Kilkee Town but overall a great house
