Amazing cottage with wonderful views of the bay. Coffee in the morning outside watching the sheep with the bay and distant mountains as scenery was the best part. Electric and oil bill were additional cost, it was mostly warm in July and we didn’t need much heat.

No clothes dryer, not possible to dry clothes without a dryer due to rain everyday, a big problem for a family of 5. One bathroom is not enough for 5 people and the shower needs to be upgraded, very low pressure barely any water coming out.

This is a old house, so I would say in the winter time it would cost a lot of money to heat it , maybe upgrade windows, noise road at all times,
