This is a large modern self-catering apartment over three levels, situated in the restored and converted 18th century Old Manor residences, within the grounds of Ballynahinch Castle estate. Surrounded by woodlands, boglands, walking trails, lake, river, and mountains, it is the perfect place to rest, relax, and immerse yourself in nature. It is a perfect place for families and friends to share.
Property layout – ground floor :
- Spacious living room with multi-channeled TV, library and the burning stove - access to the garden
- Combined kitchen and dining area with extendable table

- Bedroom 1: double ensuite (shower, WC and hand basin) sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2
- Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and hand basin
Property layout – second floor :
- Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2
WIFI included.
A combined washer dryer is located under the stairs.
The property is centrally heated throughout by an electric heating system.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
No smoking.
No pets.
The property may be unsuitable for babies and toddlers, or those with mobility issues, due to internal steps.
Free parking is available for two cars.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. 2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
