An excellent location and comfort and needs beautifully met.

Had a truly lovely time and would recommend happily.

Think cleaners need a little oversight. Many spiderwebs and dusting in areas lacking. Didn't provide full value for money on the basis as our exchange rate makes Ireland an expensive place to visit.

Spent a week in Terryglass with my young family of 5 boys. The house( No 12) was perfect for our needs- plenty of space and Dympna was very accommodating eg when our youngest was unwell and we asked for a set of fresh bedlinen. Loads to do in the area- swimming at the new quay in Portumna, bike rental at Dicks bike hire, lovely local library facility, Portumna castle and gardens, Dromineer aqua spalsh, Gaa museum in Thurles, Nenagh castle, maze at mount Shannon and a lovely swimming area also, boat cruise and outdoor swimming pool in Killaloe, limerick castle, crazy golf/ bowling at area 5 also in limerick, Portumna park run volunteers were also very welcoming to visitors. Beautiful scenery all around the lake and everywhere family friendly. Thank you Old court Holiday homes and especially Dympna.

We hit the jackpot with Dympana.

You left us in the good hands of Dympana- "D".
She took command and guided us through the property when we drove into the parking lot.

D, gave us a tour of the house and explained the utilities and expectations.

We tested the lock-box and the door handle latching system.

She asked that we contact her if there were any problems. We did when we ran out of dishwasher detergent a few days later. The next day we had a bag of detergent pucks hanging from the front door.
When we had questions about the location, the castle ruins out front, restaurants, pubs, etc.

She was full of ideas and answers. She stopped by the day before departure to ensure we were ready. She was coming out to see us the day of departure but it turns out we left earlier than planned and missed her. Thanks D for all your thoughtful ideas and suggestions. We appreciated your professional spirit.

She was through, kind, helpful, informative and eager to do a good job. You can't improve upon that.

The house is beautiful and very well stocked, Sharon was extremely helpful and accommodating

The house was cold on arrival and the heating is electric storage which costs extra, it can be turned on however please bear in mind this will add extra to the meter reading on check out and it adds up fast

Beautiful house , fab location

The house was excellent, plenty of space and everything you could possibly need available. Comfortable beds and pillows, fab location just perfect.

The kitchen units needed a good clean and the windows too, the bedrooms and bathrooms could have done with all the cobwebs dusting. Everything generally excellent but a deeper clean is needed.

Family break

The house and location are fabulous. It is walking distance from all local amenities and is also proximal to other amenities in the vicinity. Large bedrooms in the house and plenty of living spaces for 2 families to stay together.

The house is extremely cold in winter so we had the electric heating on alot which is expensive. We also brought wood for the fire but the house is very open plan with hardly qny internal doors so the heat is lost and took a long time to get warm. I
