Beautiful location. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The local contact person Dympna was extremely helpful and easy to deal with.

We found the house to be cold when the heat wasn't on. We would prefer to have control over the heating system rather than having to send a text to request a higher temperature or to have the heat turned on outside the prey set times.

The two pubs and restaurants in the village were excellent. Dympna Brady our local rep was a great help. The microwave wasn't working properly and she sorted the problem for us.

It was cold on the Saturday and we needed more heat in the house. Unfortunately, the heating system could not be adjusted.

Had weekend away with friends and their families. Great quiet location , safe, plenty of room for kids to run around and play. Houses were comfortable and spacious. Dympna was a lovely host, available to not intrusive. Terryglass a gorgeous spot.
Small but really high quality Saturday morning market. Loaded up on delicious veggies, treats for kids and a coffee across the road. Lough derg on doorstep, lovely walks a short drive away.

Spacious and comfortable house, quiet with all the facilities you need. Terryglass is a lovely village and the quay area is idyllic, especially for swimming in the hot weather. Sharon was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the area and always at hand

Great houses in a pretty place

Village is small but gorgeous with two fine pub/restaurants. Plenty to do within a 30 min drive.

Very diappointed we didn't have a pot to cook for 6 but it was provided half way through the week. Other houses had the same issue.

Charging for towels is absolutely ridiculous. As people who travel many times a year and have rented holiday homes for over 15 years, we have never been charged an extra charge for a single set of towels (1 bath and 1 hand towel). How mortifying for us to ever recommend these homes to family of friends and have to let them know should they require a bath, they will need to pay extra for a towel!

We had a wonderful week in Terryglass staying at Old Court Cottages. Spaciously designed and equipped with everything you would need for a week away, we couldn’t be happier. Sharon the agent was excellent - responsive and helpful with all communications, from requesting a cot & high chair, to restaurant recommendations and general advice. The Easter eggs for the kids (and muffins for the adults) as an Easter treat was an extra special touch. Thank you. We will be back!

Great house in a beautiful village

It was a great location for travelling to various different places in Ireland. Easy to find. Host was very friendly and helpful. Local pub was great for food and drinks.

Overall everything was great. Cobwebs were to be expected due to the location but there was a large amount of cobwebs on the window on the stairs making it look like it hadn’t been cleaned. Not a huge problem, we just used the hoover provided to cl

Loved the house & the location. Very quiet area. The beds were really comfortable with linen & towels also provided. I really enjoyed my stay at Old Court. Terryglass. 5 out 5. Highly recommended these holiday houses. Sharon was a fabulous host. Will definitely stay again.
