The view of river Bandon from the house was fabulous. The windows at the top of the stairs and landing frame the view which changed throughout the day, beautiful. The storage heating worked very well, the house was always nice and warm and there wasse mere

The storage heating worked very well, the house was always nice and warm and there was always hot running water. There was lots of channels to choose from with the satellite TV.
The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. There was three very clean bathrooms which was excellent as we had a party of six people staying. Lots of storage in the bedrooms and kitchen which was well equipped with kitchen utensils, pots etc. The house manager was a very nice woman and lovely to deal with. She was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We were only a 15 minute drive to the beautiful town of kinsale. |

The overall cleanliness of the house was very good but we did find alot of food debris in between the cushions on the couch.
Floor tiles in two of the bathrooms were loose.
The diswasher holders for the dishwasher tablet and rince aid were broken.

The house we stayed in number 16 was well maintained and decorated nicely, but many of the houses beside us were not. There was alot of visible damage to exterior structures of the buildings, cracks and large areas of plaster missing and exterior paint needed as it was chipped making them look rundown. |

It’s advertised as having WiFi but the signal is so poor that it was useless (which was a nightmare as my husband needed to work whilst we were there). The house is very spacious but needs a little TLC. No major problems but lots of little blemishes that made it look quite tired. Which is a shame as it has the potential to be absolutely stunning.

There were some lovely resteraunt we particularly liked the speckled door and we had a meal in a pub in kilbrittain and the land lady is lovely there.
