Location of the property. Size of house. Towels provided. Owner was so nice and helpful on phone. House looked newly decorated since I last stayed here which was nice. Those horrible standard holiday prop orange curtains gone .

The beds could do with better mattresses. This was my main issue. They were extremely soft. I had a sore back after sleeping in them for the week. Also the patio table in the back garden was worn and old. Would'nt encourage you to sit out the back.

One of our party of 4 ended up in hospital overnight following a bout of sickness. Unfortunately the room needed cleaned but Deirdre the manager could not have been kind enough to us (although we did have to pay for cleaning - €350).

The house needs a bit of TLC. The windowsills and frames are dirty, they need cleaned. The pipework behind the cisterns' in the upstairs yoilets anf In the en-suite bathroom off the double bedroom the cistern flush needs fixed as it doesn't work properly. The WiFi and the TV were not working. Having access to the WiFi was one of the main reasons we chose this house.
The mattresses in the single and twin rooms need replaced.

Great Irish holiday

Everything was as we wanted and expected. Excellent.

This was a holiday for my 90yr old father and his 3 sons. We are of Irish descendant. Possibly the last chance we'll get to do this trip. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Killarney is a great and friendly town. We would definitely recommend the house. G

The fact that each bedroom had ensuite which was very handy. Very spacious rooms, WiFi excellent which is also important.

Dryer in utility room needs to be replaced. Maybe greenery at centre of estate needs mowing. Check in and out times bit early and late as half the day gone. Otherwise excellent.

Enjoyable stay with a couple of hiccups.

Spacious. Has all facilities. About 3km from Killarney.

Problems with the immersion heater cutting out the electrics. A shower backing up as with the main ensuite toilet.

The house is located quite near Killarney. It was very spacious and clean. Very happy with it. Great value for money.

Had 4 bed rooms. 5 bathrooms. Lovely comfortable sofa s. Was so clean. Always had hot water.

Kettle in the kitchen was leaking a little bit after you poured from it. I know it's says it has no Wifi would it be something worth considering.
